Returns/Exchanges Policy

Return Policy:
If your package is returned to sender, you will be responsible for the shipping fee to resend your products.

Due to the nature of products being sold, all orders placed are final sale. We do not process any returns/exchanges. There are no refunds or cancellations once the order has been processed and fulfilled.

If there is any issues with your order, anything missing from your order or incorrect product, please contact customer service via email:

Please allow 48-72  business hours from the date your email is sent to receive a response.


We do not accept returns or exchanges.


If your package has been confirmed via USPS delivered and you did not receive please contact us via email

Once you file a claim with USPS the driver on your route will investigate to ensure it was not accidentally delivered to the wrong address which may be the case.

If you decide to file a claim through Paypal your tracking number is automatically uploaded which will state that your package was indeed delivered.
The only time that we will issue a store credit is when tracking confirms that the package was lost DURING TRANSIT (minus shipping cost) and not for any packages that states DELIVERED in mailbox/porch/reception etc.
